Young People Project

Around 15 young people working with Harrow Carers or looked after children come to the School for an hour tuition (either with a Sixth Former or a member of staff) followed by an hour of enrichment activity.

Background

Collaborative work between Harrow and Ealing virtual schools and Harrow Carers.

Resources

Involving a different activity every week, young people and staff members take part in for example, drama, music tech and rifle shooting.

Impact

All organisations involved have reported that the young people and their schools have commented on increased confidence and academic progress.

Pupil Involvement

10 Sixth Formers and 15 young people of various ages.
