Weekly Swimming Lessons and Transportation for Four Partner Schools

There are currently four local state schools; Capel Primary School, Brenchley & Matfield Primary School, Horsmonden Primary School and Bishop Chavasse Primary School who use Somerhill's swimming pool on a weekly basis. Our minibuses transport pupils to and from school and our swimming teachers coach the pupils, developing their swimming skills and confidence in water.

The swimming pool and provision of swimming coaches as well as the use of our school minibuses and drivers.

Impact

Brenchley & Matfield state that by Year 6, 84% of pupils can swim confidently over a distance of at least 25 metres.
