Volunteering with the Aston Project
Cheltenham Ladies' College students work alongside police officers and young children in a number of different activities based in College.
Police bringing 8-10 year olds into College to enjoy extra-curricular activities. Sessions are organised and will be hosted by CLC girls (accompanied by CLC staff and Gloucestershire Police). Activities include Origami, Computer Coding and StarLab.
Background
The partnership stems from an initial talk given by the Police on The Aston Project when they came into College in 2016. Subsequently, a number of girls expressed an interest in volunteering and helping the project.
