The Further Mathematics Support Programme

The Further Mathematics Support Programme is supported by the Department for Education and managed by Mathematics in Education and Industry, an independent educational charity. The main focus of the discussions during our meetings is A level Maths and Further Maths but we also discuss GCSE. It gives an opportunity to share ideas and support each other. 

As part of this programme, the school hosted a talk by a senior lecturer from University of Brighton to staff and pupils. The talk highlighted careers opportunities and transferrable skills that students obtain from a degree in Mathematics.
