Ludgrove provides use of its pool and a swimming instructor on a weekly basis to work with Evendons Primary School's children to meet their needs: teach those who can't swim to learn basic skills and to develop aquatic skills for those who can already swim.

Aims

To ensure that the school can meet its National Curriculum Swimming target and that pupils are competent and safe in the water. Additional benefits include boosted self esteem and confidence enabling pupils to believe that they can master new skills or improve their established skill set.
