Swimming and Cooking - The Alton School pupils enjoy IPS facilities

Ibstock Place School is delighted to be able to share our swimming pool and cookery suite with Alton School pupils.

Aims

A small group of Alton School pupils come on site weekly to cook with their teachers. This enables the pupils to strengthen a variety of skills whilst enjoying the pleasures of cooking and food.  Ingredients are funded by Ibstock Place School.

A larger group come weekly for swimming lessons with an independent swimming teacher, during the Friday lunch hour.
