Streamed performance of Wind in the Willows

Local primary schools were streamed a matinee performance of Wind in the Willows performed by St Helen's Year 8 students.

Aims

The aim is to share our creative productions with local schools, to give them the experience of live theatre without the costs.

Background

This came about as our annual in person performance was unable to take place on 2021 due to Covid restrictions.

 

Resources

The production took place in the St Helen's performance space in June 2021.  The performance was live streamed to 8 local schools.

Impact

The performance was shown to over 450 students via live streaming as attending a live performance was prevented due to Covid restrictions.

 

Pupil Involvement

15 Year 8 students from St Helen's took part in the production.

This is an annual event taking place in June.
