Staff volunteering at local schools in governance and treasury roles

A number of members of our teaching staff are community governors. One is also chair of the Curriculum Committee at Kings Langley Primary School. She is also the music link governor.

Our Head of Mathematics also volunteers his time and acts as treasurer for the pre-school.

We hold a yearly planning meeting allowing all partner schools to get together and plan activities.  This includes taking part in initiatives that will promote member schools' standing as an Eco-school, competitions and sharing of resources, expertise and grounds.

To be able to share best practice in governance and knowledge sharing from the experience of both schools.
