Impact
We will reguarly meet, communicate and track the success of the provision we have offered.
We will discuss the impact our actions and support have had on the pupils of St Georges primary school.
We hope by supporting the delivery of Maths, the pupils self-efficacy increases, we will run a questionnaire before we begin. We will also ask this of the staff we are supporting. This may and can also be tracked through the appraisal process and measures for both the training staff and less experiecenced staff.
We hope to hear 150 pupils read over the course of the academic year. We would hope this increased reading support would reflect an uplift in confidence levels from the pupils. We will adapt a version of the MSLQ questionnaire. To track self efficacy improvement.
We would also hope through the invitation to Performing Arts events and the support we can offer for Music curriculum delivery that the skill level of pupils in Performing Arts increases. Music examinations could be supported and hopefully more children take up an instrument that would not normally do so. In Dance with facility and expertise support hopefully more pupils would attend open studios and have a passion for dance classes ingnited.
Pupil Involvement
The sixth form pupils at EHS support reading every Wednesday afternoon throughout the academic year. They listen to Year 2 and above, hearing both boys and girls.
Year 6 frequently visit to experience Performing Arts events. Year 4 will visit in February of 2020.
The resources will be used by all pupils from Reception to Year 6.
We hope in supporting the dleivery of Maths teaching to have an impact on all the pupils at St Georges.
