Squash and Maths with Albemarle Primary School
Students from King's help primary school pupils from Albemarle Primary School with squash and arithmetic. Many discussions are had with the classroom teacher to establish a series of exercises that can be delivered by King’s Students on Friday afternoons. These tasks are designed to help develop the primary school children’s level of fitness and squash techniques as well as consolidate prior learning of mathematics.
Aims
To develop relationships with local primary schools. To provide learning support.
Resources
These sessions will take place at the Wimbledon Club and a professional squash coach is on hand.
Impact
Most pupils stated that the project helped them develop their levels of compassion, confidence and communicational skills.

Year 10 and above.
Frequency
Every Friday in term time.
