Splash and Dash

Splash & Dash is Sidcot's fantastic introduction to the world of Triathlon, with an emphasis on fun!

Sidcot School is fortunate to have the perfect setting for budding triathletes with a beautiful 25 metre indoor pool and 150 acres of surrounding countryside.

Sessions are run twice a year. Athletes from Years 3-8 are welcomed from all schools across Somerset and North Somerset.

Distances are as follows:

Year 3: Swim 50 metres; Run 500 metres
Years 4 & 5: Swim 100 metres; Run 1000 metres
Year 6 & 7: Swim 150 metres; Run 1500 metres
