Spanish at Sacred Heart

Pupils who visit Sacred Heart Primary School support the learning of Spanish to children in year 6. This challenging project provides plenty of opportunities to practise and reinforce language skills.

Aims

To support the learning of Spanish at Sacred Heart Primary School.

To enable the King's pupils to develop their leadership and language skills. 

Resources

A member of the Spanish department at King's and the Sacred Heart Spanish teacher work together to oversee the sessions which take place at Sacred Heart weekly. 

Impact

The King's pupils reported that the project greatly helped their leadership skills and subject knowledge.

Pupil Involvement

King's pupils aged 14-18 take part. Year 6 Sacred Heart pupils.

Frequency

Weekly for one hour.
