'SeeMe' Science and Engineering Conference
'SeeMe' events - organised by Siemens in conjunction with the Girls' Schools Association (GSA) - were a series of interactive and fun curriculum-linked stage shows which aimed to reach out to embrace the communities who are under-represented in STEM and engineering and inspire them to take up STEM careers.
These fun, hands-on and visual events really bring science to life. With live experiments and explosions, the show takes the audience on an interactive journey as they investigate the world of STEM and learn about modern role models and their contributions to science and engineering.
The event was led by Fran Scott – BBC Science Presenter and judge on Lego Masters, with Alex James - Siemens Education & Schools Manager.
