King's and Grey Court sixth form pupils lead rugby, philosophy and maths support sessions for key stage three pupils at Grey Court school.

To enable King's and Grey Court pupils to lead the project together building leadership skills.

To improve the student leaders' subject knowledge.

To improve the understanding and skill of the younger pupils.

Transport, teaching staff from both schools and teaching resources.

The pupils from King's indicated that this project greatly helped with their communication and leadership skills.

Sixth form pupils from both schools and key stage three Grey Court students.

Weekly for one hour on Friday afternoons.
