Rowing

Our coaches support the MCA programme with coach shadowing and development sessions. LYR MCA coaches come down to jump in a launch for some of the SPS sessions. SPS Director also attends sessions at MCA to give the new programme support.

Capsize drills are also held annually in our sports centre.
