Recycled clothing appeal

In the spring and summer term 2023/24, Reading Blue Coat worked with The Cowshed. The Cowshed is a crisis charity whose aim is to provide good quality cleaned and ironed clothes and other essentials free to anyone in need. Throughout the academic year, Reading Blue Coat students volunteered at the organisation, helping with the logistics of the supply chain. The whole school was involved with the donation of clothes in the Spring term and amassed over 265 kilograms of clean, useable items.
