Raising funds

We maintain a strong connection with Collett School, a school for children with special learning needs. The Collett school attended our assembly to tell our boys all about their work and where fundraising money goes. We then completed a 5 mile walk to raise money for the Collett School. Our student representatives were then invited to attend an assembly at the Collett. We plan to work together again in the future. 

Aims

To raise funds for a valuable resource in our community. To raise awareness amongst our students and parents of this fantastic facility. To develop our own student wellbeing in engaging with other organisations. 

Resources

This was a whole school event. All teachers, students and large groups of parents took part.

We will certainly run this event annually, whilst finding other ways to work together in the meantime.
