Rackets Cubed (also Sport)
Rackets Cubed is a UK based charity that runs integrated Squash, Tennis, Education (Maths) and Nutrition Programmes for local disadvantaged inner-city school children.
The programme’s vision is driven by the increasing evidence that active children have higher school achievement and that nutritious foods improve classroom behaviour. 20 Year 5 children from a primary school participate in the programme over a 10 week period. The children play an hour of rackets sports, an hour of maths, then are fed a healthy meal. In the final week of the programme all the children participate in a Squash Tournament.
20 Children attend this 10 week programme
