Proms in the Park for The Bridewell Foundation.
As each year comes to an academic close, King Edward’s welcomes parents, governors, Old Witleians and friends to celebrate through a musical extravaganza on the QMH Lawn. Parents Association, KESPA, organise and run a hog roast and bar with proceeds going to The Bridewell Foundation.
The Foundation raises money for a first class, free or supported education to talented young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, who, through no fault of their own, cannot thrive educationally in their home environment. These children can grow and learn in a wonderful school environment of care, challenge and opportunity, one set up so that they can go on to achieve everything in life of which they are capable.
