Primary schools cross country March 2023

7 runners from year 3/4 and 7 runners from year 5/6 from each primary school (14 from each school) took part in cross country at Lockers Park School. 

Aims

The aim of the cross country event is to bring different schools, who have children who have a love of running together. 

To create a bond and relationship with surrounding schools and share experiences with other staff members which will help our own staff as well as guests.  

Resources

The event uses all sports staff and is help on school grounds. The is no financial contribution from any of the schools taking park. 

Pupil Involvement

The age range for the event is 7 years old (year 3) - 11 years old (year 6) and both genders are welcome. 

Frequency

The event is held yearly and will continue for the foreseeable.
