Piano Workshop with Kingsholm Primary School

We were delighted to welcome 18 pupils from Kingsholm Primary School to our first, hands-on Music Workshop today, led by music teachers Ms Harrison and Mr Wilshire.

The children listened to excerpts from the Carnival of the Animals, guessing the animals in the tune, and culminated in pupils playing a piece of music using only the pentatonic scale.

This was a great partnership event, thoroughly enjoyed by all involved.
