Outreach Languages project
We met with Stretham Primary School on a half termly basis, looking at ideas on teaching foreign languages and cultures and also on how to embed an international dimension into the curriculum. We discussed ways in which to establish global links and indeed in the Lent term, Stretham Primary chose China as their theme for the term. A group of King’s Ely International students and our Chinese assistant, went to the school and ran a carousel of activities which proved extremely popular.
