Outreach Kits

Surbiton High School proudly introduced Outreach kits in 2021. These were designed to address the funding gap in hands-on learning within local primary schools. Each kit is meticulously curated, featuring hands-on equipment, along with comprehensive lesson plans and instructions; all suitable for a class of 30+ pupils. We currently have 3 kits in circulation – computing, biology and electrics, all serving as invaluable supplements to classroom learning. As schools freely borrow these kits to enrich their educational experiences, they are delivered and collected, then seamlessly passed on to the next school in need. To date, approximately 2000 children have benefited from access to these resources, fostering a deeper engagement within these subjects. We also loan resources to senior schools eg: text books for cohorts.
