National Key Stage 2 General Knowledge Quiz Competition

The Elms hosted one of the area heats for the National Key Stage 2 General Knowledge Quiz run by Quiz Club. The schools taking part were The Elms, Derby High, Chellaston Junior School, Longmoor Primary and Bramcote Hills Primary. 

Aims

The aim was to be able to provide a suitable venue for local schools to come together for the area heats for the National Key Stage 2 General Knowledge Quiz. The quiz was held in the Obolensky building which provided a perfect setting for both the teams and their supporters. 

Resources

Trent College Obolensky was used as a venue for this event.
Refreshments were provided for spectators and the teams by the catering department.

Pupil Involvement

The heats involved eight pupils from each of the following schools: Derby High, Longmoor Primary, Chellaston Junior School and Bramcote Hills Primary.

The Elms entered two teams - eight pupils in total into this competition.
