Aims
To strengthen music provision by sharing best practice and show staff how to incorporate music elements into other classroom subjects.
To improve music provision in EYFS.
To provide activities to young adults in our community.
Background
Following the appointment of our current Director of Music 18 months ago, who has previsious experience of running an outreach programme, we investigated the opportunities with our local state schools.
The programme continues to develop and strong links are being formed with several local schools.
