Macmillan Coffee Morning and Harvest Festival Donation
Prep School took part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Raised money for a very worthy cause with running a cake sale.
Prep School Harvest Festival Service collected for ‘Four Streets’ which provides outreach food & support for 40 homeless people every night of the year in central Chichester. The items collected were food, toiletries, wooden knifes/forks/spoons and disposable paper coffee cups (used to serve soup in). Colllected donations of £10 for a sleeping bag.
Aims
The founder of The Four Streets Project, and a parent and volunteer, joined Father Colin for our Harvest Festival Chapel Service to tell the children about helping the vulnerable and homeless in Chichester. Increase awareness of the homeless challenges locally.
