Local students Invited to Concert Series

Local Schools within the Southwark Schools Learning Partnership were invited to attend a series of concerts at Alleyn’s. 

Throughout the year a range of professional musicians take the stage at the MCT at Alleyn’s. Alleyn’s School offers free concert tickets to teachers from numerous local Schools and gives the opportunity for pupils in the local community to see professional musicians perform on a live stage.

Aims

The partnership with Alleyn’s music department and numerous Southwark Schools hopes to enable students within the SSLP the opportunity to hear top quality musicians perform, helping to engender a lifelong passion for music and to stimulate individual study and corporate music making.
