Liaison regarding data analysis

The aim of the partenrships is to share best practice regarding data analysis/pedagogy. 

Background

Guildford High Schools (GHS) is supporting a local secondary school. The first step being on data analysis of their cohorts. Senior Teacher at GHS met with Deputy Head at Christ’s College in order to discuss the successful use of data at GHS. This centred on using the data to identify both strengths and weaknesses in cohorts so that appropriate measures could be taken for support. 

Additional academic support will be given by HoDs in Maths, Science, English and Music liaising with their counterparts at Christ’s College. 

GHS will be financing this year’s baseline assessment. 

Additionally, the Director of Studies at GHS has become a governor at Christ’s College in order to help focus best practice.
