Language Workshops Lingfield Primary School

On 2nd February, two of our MFL teachers, went to Lingfield Primary to teach French and Spanish to two Year 6 classes.  In addition, our student Language captains went along and helped out with the activities. It was a great day for all concerned, the children were engaged, and both schools enjoyed the experience.

Aims

The aim of this event was to have a fun workshop so that the children could have some key phrases in both French and Spanish.  There were games and prizes which added to the excitement and the learning.

Resources

Our teachers went to Lingfield Primary School, each session was for 45 minutes and the resources were all on PowerPoint. 

Impact

The outcome was exposure to new languages, learning key phrases and fun!
