Hosting Radio 4's 'Any Questions?'

The school hosted Radio 4's 'Any Questions?' The event was open to all members of the public to attend and was held in the main School Hall.

Aims

To host a well-known national programme and to invite in members of the local community to enjoy the experience.

Background

We were contacted by the BBC to ask if we would be willing to host the event, to which we agreed.

Resources

A number of non-teaching staff were involved in liaising with the BBC and promoting the events to the local community. It was held in the main School Hall, but other rooms were needed to host the guests, the presenters and other media who were present.

Pupil Involvement

A number of pupils were involved in helping run the event, meeting guests and indeed asking a question or two!
