Horticultural skills

At King's we have an excellent, highly skilled horticultural team who maintain our grounds to an exceptional standard. We are developing our outreach, using these skills and those of our pupil volunteers, to introduce local children to the world of horticulture and the careers available. 

In 2022/3 we worked closely with our partner school, St John's Primary, to plan a sensory garden in the playground. This will be planted out in March 2023 by our Head Gardener, with pupils assisting. 

We hope to develop Horticultural outreach in the future.
