Holocaust Education Events

Over the last two years Solihull have hosted a number of Holocaust education events. These event have included 37 different schools, both state and independent which have attended these performances.

Resources

The performances have included: 

'And Then They Came For Me' : a multimedia play that combines videotaped interviews with Holocaust survivors Eva Schloss and Ed Silverberg with live actors recreating scenes from their lives as teenagers during WW ll.  Eva Schloss was also in attendance took part in a Q&A.

'My Brother’s Gift' : adapted by Claudia Inglis Haas
from the writings and memories of Eva Geiringer Schloss and the poetry and paintings of Heinz Geiringer, performed by Solihull pupils.

Kindness: A Legacy of the Holocaust: a performance of a ground-breaking verbatim play about the life story of Susan Pollack OBE.
