Hockey Classes

During the 2020-21 Michaelmas Term, the Ipswich School Hockey Department worked with three local primary schools - travelling to each and carrying out hockey classes for pupils.  

Aims

The aim of the hockey classes was to allow children to explore the sport, regardless of ability. Whether a child is completely new to the sport, or looking to develop their hockey skills further - the classes allowed children the opportunity to learn with experienced and knowledgeable staff. 

Frequency

During the 2020-21 Michaelmas Term, the Hockey Department went into primary schools for either morning, or afternoon sessions. 

Sessions were weekly, and took place for 3-4 weeks (COVID-19 impacted).
