History Workshops

Winchester College regularly welcomes schools to study artefacts in our College museum and books and manuscripts from the College archives.  This has included sessions on reformation history, the Wars of the Roses, Shakespeare's First Folio, belief and power, warfare and Elizabethan history.  

We also offer an introduction to Art History looking at our unique collection of watercolours as well as the architectural features of the College.

We have also run sessions at our partner schools where we take the objects to them for a hands-on experience with original sources.
