Goose Green Sports Day

Goose Green Primary School used Alleyn's playing field and running track to host their annual sports day. 

Each summer, Alleyn's shares its playing fields to enable this local state-funded school to hold an enjoyable family sporting event at the end of each year. Goose Green Primary School has limited outside playground space and no green space on which to hold an event such as this at their East Dulwich site.

Alleyn's playing fields and running track were used by the School free of charge.

Pupil Involvement

The sports day was attended by approximately 400 pupils, plus teachers and parents. They used the playing field and traditional shale running track, going head-to-head in a number of track and field events.

Frequency

We welcome Goose Green Primary School to use our playing fields for their annual sports day celebrations each year.
