Gifted & Talented Maths Workshop

Every summer we run a maths workshop for 'Gifted and Talented' Year 5 pupils from various partnered school.

Aims

The aim of the project is to inspire and extend gifted and talend mathmaticians from local primary schools. Teachers are able to take away ideas and have a contact for further advice.

Impact

The project inspires young mathmaticians whilst  enabling teachers to share best practice. It has also led to some of our sixth formers mentoring participants in their own school through our volunteering programme. 

Pupil Involvement

Year 5, plus younger if able.

Frequency

This is an annual event.
