Geographers Lecture Programme

Provision of places to attend lectures for pupils at St James Primary School.  

Lectures provided by members of the Royal Geographical Society amongst others, on subjects such as 'The Anthropecene Period' and 'Time Zones'

Aims

To enrich pupils understanding of the world and promote Geography to the wider community.  

Resources

1 x teaching member of staff for 1 hour.  

Lecture room facilities.  

Pupil Involvement

Pupils from St James joined Year 5 and Year 6 pupils from St George's Junior School to attend these lectures.  

Frequency

Approximatly once a term.
