Francis Holland hosts a conference on building a more ethnically diverse teaching staff

Francis Holland hosted a conference, entitled Teachers Like Me, to encourage greater numbers of ethnically diverse teachers to apply for leadership roles. A number of BAME headteachers will be attending and speaking, as well as MPs and educational experts.

The aim of the event is to encourage more ethnically diverse people to consider teaching as a career and apply for senior positions in schools.
