English Touring Opera performance of The Wish Gatherer

Pupils from a number of local primary schools came to Exeter School to watch an opera performance at the cost of £1.94 per child. The director of music provided schools with class materials to prepare pupils for the experience and provide them with some background information on operas. Our own junior school pupils also attended this event, which was held in our music school hall.

Aims

Provide local children with new cultural experiences which they may not otherwise access.
