Creative Thinking in Science INSET for Teachers of Primary Science

As part of our partnership programme, Science teachers at Nottingham High School planned and delivered a day of INSET to 56 Nottinghamshire teachers of primary Science from 22 different state meintained schools. Local primary schools were invited to send colleagues, to the event hosted at the High School, planned in partnership with the Rushcliffe Schools Association.

Aims

All delegates found the day ‘very useful’ or 'useful', with the focus in the delivery of practical and investigative Science at Key Stages 1 and 2, and were incredibly positive about the training provided.
