Community Service volunteers in local state schools

Between 40 and 60 pupils from Years 11 - 13 undertake voluntary community service on a weekly basis. This includes pupils who support classroom learning in various local state schools (18 schools in 2014-15). Spon Gate Primary, Stoke Primary, Christ the King, Wyken Croft, Little Heath are examples of schools this year. A large number of other pupils also complete service in the community as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award.
