Community Banks
Senior & Prep School pupils team up to source, collect and organise donations for a rotation of 4 essential banks: hygiene; baby & maternity; school equipment; toys & books. Weekly, vertical groups manage stock levels and complete inventories in preparation for a monthly local pop-up where they typically assist around 10-12 families in need. Cash donations from parents also mean that pupils are able to provide bespoke items that are desperately needed, but have not been donated. Our pupils create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with their warm smiles and friendly chats to those depending on the bank for basic essential items which otherwise they could not afford.
