Churchyards gardening

Gardening help for the local parish church. 

Aims

To encourage King's pupils to take part in volunteering activities. 

To establish links with the local community 

To improve the condition of the churchyard

Resources

A member of staff to supervise and gardening equipment. 

Impact

The pupils greatly improved their skills of collaboration as a result of taking part in this project. 

Pupil Involvement

Pupils aged from 14 to 18 take part in this project. 

Frequency

Weekly for one hour.
