Building a CPD Library

To share good quality CPD resources across the West London Partnership, to encourage sharing of ideas and pedagogical approaches across partner schools.

Aims

- To share CPD resources online, to create a video library of resources, starting with specific 'Microsoft Teams' training for hybrid learning.

- Collaboration across schools to build this resource and also to share CPD via this platform.

- All teachers across the network can benefit from this training.

Background

- Putney High School (Deputy Head Co-curricular and Outreach) and Hammersmith Academy are leading on this with the West London Partnership.

- It began in October 2020 and is an ongoing project, designed to gradually build up a library of video CPD resources to share.

Resources

Online platform for sharing the CPD videos (web-based). Our teaching staff, and those of other schools, who would be keen to share CPD with the network.

Impact

Ongoing review, via West London Partnership meetings.
