Biology Masterclass for Kingsholm Primary School pupils

Over two days in November 2021 we welcomed almost 90 Year 6 pupils from our neighbouring Kingsholm Primary School to take part in a Biology masterclass on the Circulatory System.

Following a discussion about the function of the heart, the children watched a heart dissection and then undertook a practical experiment on how exercise affects the heart rate.

This was a wonderful joint initiative between both Schools.
