Berkeley Ensemble Online

Ibstock Place School’s professional Ensemble in Residence, the Berkeley Ensemble, were able to use the Theatre for some socially-distanced filming and recording sessions to produce resources for a national music education initiative.

Pupils from schools across London and beyond will be able to access the composition resources.

Aims

The aim was to share, remotely, the performance spaces, recording facilities and professional expertise provided by the Berkeley Ensemble with as many schools as possible.

Frequency

IPS’s relationship with the Berkeley Ensemble continues to strengthen and we seek to invite partner schools to composition workshops at IPS as soon as circumstances allow.
