Author Visits

Author visits are a wonderful way to inspire young people to read. When we host visit we also ask a select number of students from a local school to join us. 

Aims

Recent example - 

30 Marlborough students joined our Yr 8 group for a talk with the author in an exciting workshop.

Background

Marlborough is a local school. The Head Librarian has built links with the library staff. Note, new library team at SCC this year and we hope such links will continue.
