Annual Football Tournament

Community activity between three local schools, giving pupils the opportunity to meet one another and share a game of football. Also informal opportunity to met local preist (through penalty shootout) and raise some money for refugees in Zarqa.  

Resources

Provision of pitch facilities, referees, refershments, medals and a trophy.  

10 x staff hours.  

Impact

Twenty-two pupils from St Charles and nine pupils from Holy Family benefitted from this activity.

The event raised £225 for charity.

Twenty-five Year 2 Junior School children participated in this event.
