Annual Education Festivals

We hold an annual education festival and set aside a number of free places for teachers from the state sector. The topic in 2023 was character education and delegates heard from a wide range of speakers and participated in a number of workshops. The topic in 2024 will be wellbeing, focusing on happiness and flourishing. We hope to widen this event to include pupils as well, working with our senior prefect team to make this event appealing to pupils from local schools.

Aims

Provide opportunities for staff to lead workshops and for our pupils to collaborate.

Offer workshops and talks to pupils on a range of topics of interest e.g. wellbeing.

Create opportunities for staff and pupil to collaborate.

Create opportunities for all to learn new information.

Ensure that visitors enjoy their visit to the school and feel welcomed.
