Alzheimer's Communi-Tea

As a school we support our local Alzheimer's day club called the Old Silk Works, which runs daily clubs for people with Alzheimer's. This is the latest of many charity events we have supported them with over the past few years. Townroe Lodge, our 6th Form Centre, was opened up to the to the public for a lovely afternoon of tea, cake and chat. Not only was this a lovely place to meet up with friends but also it helped raise money for the Old Silk Works. It was lovely to  see young and old come together, even if the sun was a little shy!!
